For the production of stretching pasta, alimentary preparation and all
products that must undergo a stretching for dairy industry.
- The processes made by the stretching machine during the working cycle
are: size-reduction of raw materials to mixing, mixing, melting, stretching,
pasteurising, vacuum processing to deodorize the product (optional).
- By means of two augers with adjustable and separate speed and by direct
and indirect steam injection, the pasta into the vat is stretched in a
single passage to avoid another working of stretching before packaging. This
because between the going and return way on the cheese pasta, or similar, it
is made a stretching action by the reduction of transversal section of the
pasta passage to working that it enlarging itself in length.
- After the end of the process, the hot product is discharge from the
machine by a door with a pneumatic closing/opening system.
All the process is controlled by PLC that manage in automatic way all the
operations; an operator can make this work manually too.
