Automatic Boxing Machine to wrap the triangular portions into the round boxes for wrapping machine DY and CG
Specifications
- The machine put automaticaly the triangular portions in the round boxes
- Empty boxes (with lids on) are introduced into a vertical lonader
- Portions sots are carried away from the packing unit (DY) to the boxing unit by a belt convecor.
- A clamp introduces the portions into the machine, and a device guides them when they are boxed.
- The box and its lid are introduced into an overturning system which effectuates a rotation of 180°.
- At the outlet of the overturning system, a sucker comes along, takes the lid and caps the box.
- The closed box is then ejected by a pusher.
- Mechanical production: max 20 box for minute
- It is possible to work with to types of boxes: capping boxes or bozes having a collar Easy access to all components and central lubrification reduce considerably maintenance time.
