Working cycle
The processes that can be automated into one automatic processing sequence are: size-reduction, mixing, melting, stretching, pasteurizing, vacuum processing, to deodorize the product (optional). Since the augers are fixed at a pre-determined pitch they will generate a vortex of the material in the vat. This vortex is a defined circulation in the vat, which brings the product into the injection contact area. In this way the materials are consistently processed and stretched. The process is controlled by PLC; the operator can make this work manually too.
