For the production of processed cheese by split and spreading and all kind of products which must undergo an emulsion for the alimentary market.
- The processes that can be automated into one automatic processing sequence are: size-reduction, mixing, blending, stretching, cooking, pasteurising, vacuum-processing, cooling and demoistruzing with vacuum/condenser cooling, emulsifying, indirect heating or cooling (with double jacket), creaming.
- The machine is equipped with a system of knives assembled on the bottom of the bowl. Those knives rotate with the same motor speed causing a vortex inside the bowl to allow at the product inside the bowl to be perfectly minced and mixed.
- The mixing baffle completes the blending by folding any tough or sticky materials into the centre away from the inside surface of the bowl.
- After the processing is completed, the hot product is discharged from the cooking machine trough a pneumatically operated discharge valve.
