To extrude and convey melted ropy cheese, mozzarella cheese, pizza cheese and similar.
Specifications
- Double jacketed vat melted by hot water with a pressure max 3 bar.
- Air tight lock of the lid assured by upper and lower levers at lock quick.
- Hopper with loading capacity 250 lts.
- Product extrusion by two screws with adjustable speed.
- Capacity: 200-2.000 Kg/h in according to the product. Unit completely built in stainless steel AISI 304. Equipped with exit opening with connections DN 80. Control panel 24 V.
- Possibility to reverse the push running to make the pasta whirlpool inside of pipes to facilitate the cleaning.
- The machine can be equipped with different pipes to convey the product. CEE normative. Two endless screws receive the melted cheese from the hopper and extrude it through the forming tube. All parts in contact with the product are cover in Teflon.
