For the production of melted ropy cheese (mozzarella cheese, pizza cheese and similar).
Specifications
- Double jacketed vat heated by steam and hot water at a temperature not more 110°C, or steam. Maximum pressure admissible inside the double jacket 0,5 bars beyond the normal atmospheric pressure (1013 mbars)

- Once inside the vat, the product is stretched and melted by the action of the mixing blade and of the steam for assumes the wanted structure.
- The thermoregulation is made by a thermo regulator Omron with PID adjusting and drill PT 100 made in AISI 316.
