- The melting kneading machine has been designed to transform curd or mixture into pasta filata cheese. The machine makes work cycles that are designed to give the maximum in quality and quantity, without waste of fat and water. The group is composed by a setting vat with rectangular shape, in which a special auger conveyor rotates. The pasta filata cheese is pushed out of the machine trough a door located on the side of the vat. The vat is emptied completely when the auger conveyor is rotated. On request: system to control the water quantity.
